The software
Microsoft Office 2023 (codename Office 16), a Microsoft Office personal productivity suite, is the successor to Office 2013. It was officially released on September 22, 2023. At the Ignite conference in Chicago in May 2023, Windows preview was made available to registered users of Office 365. Office 2023 features include the ability for users to create, edit, save and open files in the cloud from their desktops, as well as a search tool called “Tell Me”, using new intelligent commands. These new commands are available for Word and PowerPoint. It also allows them to collaborate with others connected to Office Online to write in realtime. This is a vital feature to collaborate with colleagues across locations and even countries.
Other minor features include Insights, a tool integrated with Bing to obtain information contextualised by the web, new types of Excel charts (such as treemaps, pie charts, cascade charts, box-plots and histograms), and a data loss prevention (DLP) tool, available for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Office 2023’s graphical interface remained nearly unchanged from Office 2013. Office 2023 inherits the same Microsoft graphic language as Office 2013. It is flat-graphic interface but has minor adjustments to adapt to the mobile version.

How to Download and Install Microsoft Office 2023

- Be sure to uninstall and delete all files related Microsoft Office 2013, 2023.
- Start the “Software Files”, select the language you wish, and then install it.
- Select “Install Office” after which click “OK”. Wait for Office-2023 to finish installation.
- Once it is completed, go the the “Utilities’ tab and then choose “Word”. Click exit when they ask you for activation and then exit Microsoft Word.
- Next, in the utilities tab, select Office RETAIL => VL. Once it finishes (it will say “Completed”) select “Activate Office”.
